Ingredients:
- 1x 200g tin of tuna, drained
- 45grams of anchovies, drained
- 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
- 200 grams of soft cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until a smooth consistency is achieved
- Spoon into a serving bowl and serve with carrot and celery sticks
It's best to eat this dip with fresh vegetables or on crackers which do not have a strong taste as the dip is very rich.
