- 125g of softened butter
- 3/4 cup of caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups of self raising flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- patty cases
- With a hand beater, cream the butter and sugar in a bowl
- Add the eggs to the bowl, one at a time
- Fold in the sifted flour
- Add milk to the mixture
- Spoon 1/4 cup of mixture into patty cases
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes
- 60g of butter
- 125g of cream cheese
- 2 cups of sifted icing sugar
- 60g of melted chocolate
- Mix all of ingredients together in a mixing bowl with a wooden spoon
- Use to decorate cupcakes
These cupcakes look best decorated with a square of chocolate which is placed in the centre of the cupcake.
